Tears Coming

I am not a dog person but I just watched a dog move "Hachiko" and I can feel my chest pounding and my tears can't stop flowing. It doesn't matter whether you are a dog person or not but to watch something so loyal and yet so touching it could make any dog phobia like myself cried.

Hachiko is based on real-life dog name Hachi (means eight in Japanese). Every day Hachi will wait for his master, Prof. Dr. Eisaburo Ueno at Shibuya Station to greet him. They have this routine every day until May 1925 when the prof died at the university. Even so, Hachi still waiting for his master exact place and exact time every day for 9 years until Hachi died on March 1934. Hachiko statues are build at Shibuya station to symbolize loyalty.

Another dog movie that made me pulled out my towel from my bag and shared my tears with my friends in the movie was "Marley and Me". It is also tear jerking and touching movie for the world worse dog. It is also based on real story by journalist, John Grogan.

Tip Toe~ Tips That Works (at least for me)


1. Lemon juice + sugar = beautiful skin


Soak lemon juice with cotton ball with sugar and rub it on your skin, it will feel soft and eliminate problems on your skin. It promote to reduce discoloration, acne , black heads, white heads, brown heads and whatever ugly color that not suppose to be on your skin now.

Does it work on me? Hard to say, but I just check my skin on the mirror next to me, my skin looks good alright.I can't rely too much on mirror anyway, the lighting and mirror dimension can make your face totally ugly or totally beauty. I can't say it is radiance beauty shine from the heaven as well. That would be way too much. It is natural ingredient, so it will takes awhile to absorb to the skin. I am now currently being total natural.



Seriously, I have no idea what "they" are up to.






2. Apple Cider Vinegar + water = Shine hair

Add one tablespoon of apple cider and one cup of water and pour on your head after cleansing your hair will have shiny hair. No need to condition after. If you are still stubborn and want to condition, be my guest. It doesn't do harm.

This is one thing I can honestly say, it does work. My hair feels so soft after it though I can't say it is shiny but it really soft and manageable! I'm loving it! Just do it once week.




3. Extra Virgin Olive Oil + Sugar = soft skin

Take 4 tablespoon of olive oil and half a cup of sugar, and rub it on your skin when you shower and it will leave your skin super duper soft. No need for lotion after. Though be careful if you shower in a tub, because it can get a bit greasy and slippery.

I know in a sense that I am wasting good brand olive oil but it does work! I've do it once a week and it feels like I'm going on a spa every week. Except the part that I have to do it myself (sigh).




p/s: use EXTRA VIRGIN instead only olive oil. Extra Dara always good. hehehehehe.....

Drink Chocolate Milk to Slim?!

This is the best day in my fitness history of all time! Drink CHOCOLATE MILK to slim!
I've read it in Yahoo! new in fitness section. It really caught my eyes. :-)
Though there's a catch. Drink SKIM chocolate milk. Low-Fat chocolate milk. I don't know if it taste good but as long as it is chocolate milk, I'll buy it!

Drink 1 cup or 8 oz of chocolate milk one in the morning, one before workout and after workout.

Sounds too good to be true, is it? The article stated 4 reason why chocolate milk is good.

Reason 1

Calcium

We need calcium to have strong bones and calcium indeed have an effect of avoiding
body ability to absorb fat (what do you know?!!). Researchers from Nebraska analyzed that consuming 1000 mg of calcium can lose up to 18 pounds! Not that I will count it thoroughly every 1000 mg. That's tiring. So drink up!


Reason 2

Vitamin D

You need vitamin D. You need it because vitamin D responsible to move the calcium around. Think of vitamin D is a bus and calcium is passenger. I couldn't think of any better metaphor. Chocolate milk fortified with vitamin D! so DRINK UP already!


Reason 3

Boost!

You need to exercise as well to get those flab away. You think you can just drink chocolate drink alone?! :P~
Anyhow, chocolate milk can boost your workout performance. Milk has naturally occurring electrolytes that keep you hydrated—more hydrated then water and it tastes so good.


Reason 4

Muscle

You need muscle to stay slim. Not that bulking hulk kind of muscle. Though muscular man does have few fat than normal people.
Muscle= slim. Muscle burns more calories than fat. Whenever we create new muscle fiber, it receive urge fat-torching energy and chocolate milk can do that!
Tell me what's better than drinking chocolate milk after workout. Get lost all the energy drinks, they have more sugar too!


So exercise and Drink Chocolate Milk! I want to see the effectiveness in it. I will update. I'm so excited even listen to word chocolate milk! Get your ass up and exercise! :-)
